Crockpot Peaches & Cream Oatmeal

What you need:

    • 1 cup steel cut oats
    • 4 cups milk
    • 1 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1 container Dole sliced yellow cling peaches, drained
    • 2 to 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • Milk, half-and-half, or cream for serving

Directions:

    1. Coat the inside of the crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
    2. Stir together oats, milk, cinnamon, salt, and peaches in the crockpot.
    3. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 5 hours or until milk is mostly absorbed and oats are cooked.
    4. Stir in brown sugar and vanilla.
    5. Serve drizzled with milk, half-and-half, or cream to your liking.
