Rosemary-Beer Marinated Steak
What you need:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. EVOO
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
- 2 tsp. fresh rosemary
- 2 ts. worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup dark beer
- Sirloin steak
Directions:
- Mix soy sauce, EVOO, garlic, mustard, rosemary, worcestershire, pepper, and beer together and place into Ziploc bag.
- Marinate steak in Ziploc bag for 24 hours.
- Grill.
