Rosemary Beer-Marinated Pork Chops

What you need:

    • Thick cut pork chops
    • 12 oz. beer
    • 1 Tbsp. honey
    • 1 Tbsp. dijon (we omitted)
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 sprig rosemary
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:

    1. Place all ingredients in a large Ziploc bag.
    2. Marinate 6 hours or overnight.
    3. Grill, basting with leftover marinade.
