Pizza Burgers

What you need:

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 8 slices mozzarella or provolone
  • Pepperoni
  • Marinara
  • Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • Kaiser rolls


  1. Mix together the meats with the Italian seasoning.
  2. Form into patties and cook in a skillet, flipping only once. No pressing down and squeezing all the juices out either! 
  3. Top with cheese of your choosing. Then add pepperoni.
  4. Serve up on grilled Kaiser rolls - topped with marinara and shredded Parmesan.
