Philly Cheesesteak Pizza
What you need:
- 2 Tbsp. butter, divided
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 onion
- 1 recipe pizza dough
- 1 to 2 tsp. corn meal
- Sirloin steak, cut in strips
- A1 sauce
- Provolone cheese
Directions:
- Melt 1 Tbsp. butter over medium high heat. Cook green bell and onion for 8 to 10 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle corn meal on pizza pan. Roll out pizza dough and place on pan. Poke holes in dough with fork.
- Bake at 450* for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Heat remaining tablespoon of butter in pan on medium high heat. Saute steak for 3 to 4 minutes and salt and pepper to taste.
- Top cooked pizza crust with A1 sauce. Then top with veggies, steak, and cheese.
- Bake for 8 to 12 minutes until cheese has melted and crust is golden.
