What you need:
- 4 boneless chicken breast halves (or you know me, tenderloins)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- Place chicken in baking dish.
- Mix together mayonnaise, cheese and seasonings.
- Spread over top of chicken breast and bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
