Basil Pesto
What you need:
- 2 cups fresh basil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/2 cup EVOO
- 1/2 cup Parmesan
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- In a food processor or blender, pulsate basil, garlic, pine nuts, and Parmesan.
- Slowly add in oil and pulse until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
