Upcoming Events at Family of God:   
   

Weekly Lenten Service:  Beginning on Thursday, March 9th, we will be holding a weekly Lenten Service on Thursday evenings at 7 PM.  It will be a short contemplative spoken service.  Please join us!

55+/- Gang:   Wednesday April 5th at 11:30 am.  Our guest speaker in April will be Natalie DeGocamo from the SPCA.  We will be serving deli sandwiches.  Cost $5.00

 A great big thank you to all those who came out to support our Dine & Donate at The Candlewyck!  

                                  Next date: March 13th from 5-8 pm


Simply enjoy dinner at the Candlewyck on the above date, take a copy of the flyer from the Narthex to show you are from Family of God and the Candlewyck will donate back 20% of your check for the evening.  It's a fun & delicious way to support Family of God.  Bonus - you don't have to do the dishes!

   Director of Music Ministries
            Family of God Lutheran Church is seeking an enthusiastic, part-time Director of Music Ministries with                    strong Christian beliefs who will joyfully equip and support those persons engaged in the presentation                of music within the congregational setting. This would include working with the pastor to select               
            appropriate music, preparing and leading the choirs in their presentations and in incorporating their                    musical talents and those of the congregation to enrich our worship experience.  The ideal candidate     
            would have the ability to read music, play the piano and/or other instruments, and lead choirs.  The         
            salary is negotiable and would require 10-12 hours a week.
