previous year. On lists of past presidents and other honors,
update for any members no longer active in the Club (check

have info recently deceased members.

1st VP(s) for Programs.
information on CGCI awards the Club won the previous year. The
Palomar District newsletter lists this information, previous year’s
Presidents should have this information also.
info on publications listed in the yearbook, best to check website
for each named newsletter
another member to serve as a proofreader for the document. Reading
at least two times through the document will be required. Pay
particular attention to calendar dates. It’s easy to get these
with the printing company on cover artwork/fonts, selection of paper
colors, etc. If new art is to be put on the cover, find an artist
within the Club to do that.

the membership directory.
on any clip art to be added to the document. For the 2010/11
yearbook, a book of clip art, with a CD for downloading, was
obtained via the Fallbrook LIbrary.
final product to printing company with adequate time allowed for
reproduction before the distribution date.
the yearbook to members at the September general meeting. Using a
list of current members, check off as the yearbook is distributed.
This becomes a record for the following year as to number of books
needed and also ensures that only current members receive a
2 copies of the yearbook to CGCI for awards consideration. Deadline
