           12:30 p.m. - Palomar District Floral Design Forum: Janet Switzer, CGCI Designer of the Year 2013, brings her talent, innovation and passion to the stage. She also competed in the World Association of Flower Arrangers 2014 world flower show in Dublin, Ireland.

Roy Wilburn, Sunshine Care Director of Horticulture. Roy worked for three years as grower/manager for Herbthyme Farms in Oceanside where he oversaw the growing of many types of herbs, both conventional and organic. He will discuss seeded-crop herbs, perennials and of course one of the favorites, beautiful basil.

23      Palomar District Winter Board & Annual Meeting  Host: Temecula Valley Garden Club

           12:30 p.m. - Palomar District Floral Design Forum: “Flower Power” Local designers race against the clock to complete a Surprise Pack age design. Material, container and theme are the “surprise”. They will create a “signature design”, a “round-robin” and a “wrap-up” design.
