Coming up...

Tuesday, October 27

12:30 p.m. - Social/refreshments; 1:00pm - Business meeting
2:00 p.m. - Program: “Growing Hops & Organic Produce”
Stone Brewing Co., Escondido, is one of the largest and fastest-growing breweries in the craft beer industry, extending their popularity well beyond San Diego’s boundaries. Their business strategy includes a very exciting restaurant venue in Escondido that features their own farm-grown organic produce.
We will learn more about our county’s newest agricultural focus, hops, well-suited to our dry climate. With the growth of San Diego’s craft beer venues comes a demand for high-quality hops to serve local needs. Watch for more information about a companion field trip to the farm!

NEW Project

The Angel Society donated $2000 to the upcoming re-landscaping of the entry to the Fallbrook Senior Center.  Go to Senior Center and watch for details.
