Program: “Summer Vegetable Gardening” - Roy Wilburn. Roy is the Director of Horticulture for Sunshine Care Homes, and his knowledge of edible organic gardening is unmatched. His career started as grower/manager for Herbthyme Farms in Oceanside where he oversaw the growing of many types of herbs, both conventional and organic. In this session, he will explain how to raise delicious, wallet- and eco-friendly vegetables.
