About me

I am a 4th year PhD student in the Computational Cognitive Science lab at UC BerkeleyMy research in computational positive psychology combines mathematical modeling, behavioral experiments, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to help people learn and decide better.

When I am not in the lab, I can be found working from home. ;)

Computational Positive Psychology
What can we do to think, learn, and decide better? I am attacking this question from three complementary angles: developing cognitive tools, improving the mind, and improving the environment. To build a solid theoretical framework for effective interventions I develop a mathematical theory of bounded rationality: resource-rationality. My long-term goal is to translate the results of my research into practical tools, strategies, and interventions that help people realize their full potential.

Let's make the world a smarter place!
