Life is a pathway. I walk mine alone.
I search for the reason I left such a Home
To walk in mortality. Why am I here?
I move forward and watch as the meaning appears.
Life is a journey, though never complete.
I travel. At each destination I meet
Another who prods me and moves me along
To discover my purpose, my mission, my song.
Life is a cobblestone pathway that curves —
The pebbles, my teachers; the lessons I learn
On blocks where I stumble, or stepping on stones
To find my direction, the road leading Home.
Life is a process with no end in sight.
At times I grow weary, but try as I might,
I never will finish. Progression is sure.
I take comfort in knowing the road only turns.
Life is unending. Life is a gift,
An amazing adventure that cannot be missed.
Life is a walk I must take on my own,
My purpose revealed step by step, stone by stone.
