Vanilla Buttercream Frosting

Buttercream Frosting

2 sticks butter, softened
1/4 cup half & half 
5-3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Place softened butter in bowl and add confectioner’s sugar.  Mix well, and then add the milk and vanilla.   Mix until smooth. Makes enough to frost a two layer cake or 30 cupcakes.
