2016 decals on FRRA IDs are required for admission to the pool at ALL times.

Board members will be available at the pool on Saturday, May 28, Sunday, May 29, Saturday, June 4, and Sunday June 5 from 11 am to 1 pm for those owners/authorized residents who have not picked up their decals.  Decals will only be issued to owners/residents where the annual assessment has been paid.  Owners/residents may pay any annual assessment due to the Board members present on the dates and times listed above.

Note about Memorial Day Weekend:  Decals for owners who mailed in their applications for decals - that were received by Friday, May 27 - will be available at the front desk in the pool lobby for pick up.  The number of decals requested on the application will be placed in envelopes labeled with the applicants' name.  If there are any problems with the number of decals contained in the envelopes, the pool desk attendants (the life guards) will NOT be able to issue additional decals.  Only Board members present at the pool during the above listed dates and times or Cardinal Management (during regular office hours) will be able to issue additional decals.

If an application for decals only was mailed but not received by Friday, May 27, applicants may fill out another application and receive decals from the Board members present at the pool during the above listed dates and times.

In November 2015, at its Annual Meeting, the membership of the Fair Ridge Recreation Association (“FRRA”) will be electing two Directors to the Board. The FRRA owns most of the recreation facilities in Fair Ridge – the community Club House and community swimming pool on Apple Orchard Court, the tot lot next to the pool right off Fair Ridge Drive, the fitness trail along Monument Drive, the tennis court near the end of Fox Lake Drive, as well as walking paths and open spaces throughout the community. The FRRA Board oversees the management and operation of these facilities.

If you have the time and interest, we hope that you will consider serving on the FRRA Board.  A candidate bio form is available below.  Candidate forms are due to Cardinal Management by October 5, 2015, to be included in the Annual Meeting Notice mailing.  Candidate bio forms will be published on this website.
