Fairhurst Estate

Fairhurst is a small three unit estate in the heart of Constantia consisting of:

all set in a tranquil, bird filled garden. Fairhurst prides itself on being a "green" estate, making extensive use of solar energy for heating and power. The property is (nearly) immune to Eskom load shedding! In addition, slow combustion stoves, gas cooking and other design features contribute to low energy use. And 200Mbs/sec uncapped fibre puts the house in the "fast lane".

All properties also run off the exceptionally good borehole water available on the site. Being filtered through 55m of Table Mountain sand is as clean as it gets! So the Estate is also "off grid" as far as water is concerned and therefore immune from the water restrictions. (Contrary to common belief, the City Council encourages home owners to use alternative sources such as boreholes. See Be Part of the Solution and Install a Borehole Today)

The pool is large (10 x 5m - and deep!) It's salt water pool and is fully maintained by Pride Pools for a year round crystal clear pool.

Stunning views of Table Mountain from Devils Peak all the way south to Constantia Corner and Vlakenberg (part of Silvermine) are a feature. See the location map for nearby facilities
