Our sweet corn is super sweet and tender with a creamy texture! We harvest the corn at what is often referred to the "milk stage." This is when the ears are fully formed, but are not completely ripened yet. The silks start drying out and turn brown, the husk holds tightly to the ear and the kernels produce a milky fluid when they are pierced.
When storing sweet corn, make sure the temperature is at least 38 degrees Fahrenheit or colder. It is always best eaten within a few days unless processed for freezing or canning.
