Central Coast Coalition for Inclusive Schools

Welcome to the newly formed Central Coast Coalition for Inclusive Schools. This coalition emerged out of an action research project led by Dr. Elizabeth J. Meyer at Cal Poly's School of Education.

We are currently collecting information about local school clubs and youth groups so we can share the mission and vision of this coalition with youth and learn from them about what issues matter to them. The coalition is primarily focusing on issues related to anti-bullying and school safety (Seth's Law, AB9), curriculum inclusion & diversity (FAIR Education Act, SB48), and supporting transgender students (AB1266).
