What is true health? Here is a dictionary definition: "general physical condition: the general condition of the body or mind, especially in terms of the presence or absence of illnesses, injuries, or impairments" (MSN Encarta Online)
We'll go one concept further than that - true physical health is a good balance and condition of the body from the most basic building blocks on up. To be even more specific, when the body is in the correct working condition at the atomic and molecular level, it is truly healthy.
