This page provides our basic store operation information on how and when your orders are processed and other vital information. 
All Terms are subject to change without notice.

We have a one person staff handling our entire mail order operation and may not respond to inquiries that are already covered here.

General Stuff:
  • Business Hours:  Monday - Friday, 10 am to 6 pm.  Closed WEDNESDAYS, weekends and US Holidays as observed by UPS.
  • Response Time: During business hours as stated above, within 2 - 3 hours from receipt of order and/or correspondence.
  • Orders received after business hours will be processed next business day.
  • Customers will receive order, payment and shipping confirmations as they occur.

  • Buyer pays shipping + 4% handling fee.

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

  • Absolutely no refunds on losses or damages to uninsured shipped packages. 
  • All of our merchandise is new, unopened if sealed, and unplayed; no refunds
  • Some stock labeled "import sale" are 'old/new' stock and their sleeves may show some light wear on them but vinyl is in mint condition.
  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us if there are problems within 2 days.
  • Defective merchandise may be returned for exchanges only on a case by case basis.  Buyers are responsible for secure, return shipping with item(s) in original packaging.
