Welcome to my website! I am a full professor at the University of São Paulo (USP), in the Department of Economics at FEARP. I obtained my PhD in Economics from the Brazilian School of Economics and Finance at the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV EPGE) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.  

Research Interests: consumption and saving decisions, welfare costs of business cycles , applied econometrics.
