The sessions are planned to be 2-3 hours, with 25 minute talks, 5 minutes questions. It could be beneficial to have an introductory talk for the symposium.

Please note that EWM cannot financially support the speakers in such sessions, except for situations when the speakers might qualify for a travel/accommodation grant - see below.

In case someone would like to contribute grant money to financing specialized sessions within this general meeting, please contact us at ewm2018@gmail.com .

As usual, EWM will offer a limited number of travel and/or accommodation grants for EWM members (from developing countries) traveling within Europe. Requests for support may be made when registering for the meeting.

Posters

The posters are being displayed in room 11.06 and in the foyer. There are two poster sessions: one on Monday, one on Thursday. Please check the day of your presentation. The posters can be presented during the whole conference.

There will be awards for the best three posters presented.
