Leek, Cabbage, and Sausage Soup

8 can (or 2 32oz boxes) chicken broth

3/4 of a head of cabbage

2 cans diced tomatoes

2 large leeks, chopped

6 stalks of celery, chopped

1 small bag of carrots, chopped

1 turkey kielbasa, sliced


salt and pepper


1. Add all ingredients, except Parmesan, to a pot. Simmer until celery and carrots are tender. Top with Parmesan as you serve each bowl.
