Cinnamon Sugar Candied Pecans


2 1/2 Cups Pecan Halves

1 Egg White

1 Tablespoon Water

2 Tablespoons Butter, melted

3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon


Pre-heat oven to 225 degrees.

In a large bowl, whisk egg white, vanilla and water just until foamy.

Stir in pecans to evenly coat. 

Whisk together the cinnamon, sugar and salt and then pour over the pecans and mix to coat.

Drizzle and stir in your melted butter.

Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
