Identity Purpose List

Assumptions
It is an assumption that there is no value or use in an identity, without associated attributes, even if the sole use of an attribute is to prove that an entity is the same entity as last time!

When documenting the "Identity" Purposes can we detail the following elements.

1) A Simple Title (more than 6 words is not simple)
2) A Simple Description (more than 6 sentences is not simple)
    The description will define
    a) the Actors involved and their Intent / goals of the actor(s),
    b) the Positive Outcome / Value of successful use of "Identity"
    c) the Negative Impact caused by "Identity" failure
    d) the Attributes involved
    e) the Attribute Providers
