My academic interests are in the areas of globalization, race and ethnicity and immigration, economic development, international business, labor market, social inequality, and public policy. My research focuses on the impacts of globalization on domestic and international labor markets with emphasis on the roles/strategies of multinational enterprises. I use both quantitative and qualitative methods in my research.
