I am a Professor of Economics at the University of Duisburg-Essen. I got my PhD from CERGE-EI in Prague in 2007. Before landing in Duisburg, I have spent some time as Post-doc and later as Junior Professor at the University of Bonn.
My research interests lie in the fields of microeconomic theory, industrial organization, as well as applied microeconomics, focusing mostly on mechanism design, R&D and innovation, and climate cooperation.
