Arturo Plascencia film made in the 60's, a time where this activity was virtually impossible, but most of those attempts, many now know, to make a movie of his own, Plascencia is remembered for his extravangate way to draw attention . The news of his death, appeared in the newspaper La Voz de Guarenas on a small note, while the website of the National Workers Sindicato the Press, which belonged to the director, reported the same under the label "The journalist Arturo Plascencia, unleashed another vícitima underworld", dated on 19/09/2004. As a fitting memory in a figure that is part of the history of Venezuelan cinema, reproduce, exclusively for Gran Cine, a text written by the filmmaker known critic Rodolfo Izaguirre.

Arturo Plascencia filmmaker died and only a brief overview of his death was published in a local newspaper Windward region where he lived busy, apparently in real estate. According to the plain text of those offices, was a violent, criminal, who probably never be clarified. No other media published or aired the news of his death, made by other strange and puzzling considering that Arturo Plascencia, in life, gave sufficient grounds for the whole country knew the boundless passion for cinema that drove him to take action limits, however extravagant or overly personal, not only managed to raise the curiosity of a country indifferent to the precariousness of national cinema and setbacks faced its filmmakers, but to make claims of Venezuelan cinema meet, O vain illusion!, some echo in the levels of power and decision-making.

Arturo Plascencia made three feature films: Twist and crime (1964), Beyond sex (1967) and Fleeing the earthquake (1971), films that, like many others in the Venezuelan cinema, did not reach but which deserve no diffusion, In any case, a projection to evaluate and try to find them some signs of the unique personality of its author.
Angel Rada composed the music for the film with his band and produced the Gas Light on the soundtrack album under record label Polydor

CHARLES BREWER CARIAS AND THE BIOSESPELEOTEMA FOUND IN A CAVE

The algorithmic and Fractal music of Angel Rada  was the soundtrack of two documentaries produced by Miguel  Yabrudes for the Marine museum of Margarita and the foundation Explora.
The first film was the interview with Jose Maria Cruxens that made the discovery of missing city anthropological Nueva Cadiz in Cubagua Island,

destroyed by a great earthquake and the second documentary called Muchimux based on an exploration carried out by Charles Brewer Carias to  the cave in one of the Tepuyes in the Gran Sabana, Muchimux is the name given by the Indians to Pterodactilus and bottom of the cave discovered a new way of life called "Biosespeleotemas".

Bioespeleotema: (Greek, "βίος 'bios, life, gr." Σπήλαιον "spelaion, cave and Latin" thema "or subject matter.) Biological organisms that produce opal speleothems like fractal structures and can have up to one million , were collected during an examination conducted in May 2006, led by scientists in exobiology lab evolutionary biology and chemistry in the Microscopy Center at the University of Los Andes, researchers for the NASA Ames Research Center and leader of research in the biological composition and formation of speleothems.
The term "speleothem" already existed in mineralogy to define the processes of formation of secondary minerals in the caves, with the recent discovery of these new agencies added the prefix "bio" to refer to or bioespeleotemas discovered in cave Venezuela.
