Deluge of Disparity and Debauchery in Christian Faiths

To listen to the 2/16/12, Smooth Drama radio show with Ester Lighthorse as a guest speaker go to this link:

Many individuals who claim that they are born-again Christians either are blind or simply do not give a damn about the inconsistency and disparity that plagues their faith. While not all Christians and denominations behave in an absurd and spiritually aloof manner the fact remains that these same individuals are supporting an ideology that will never be well enough to stand on its own.
Let us begin this discussion with some of the most absurd, nonsense emulating, hateful, depressing, loathsome, hurtful, attacking, and insane comments made by those professing to represent the supposedly true, loving, and solitary God.

Quotes are offered in light blue. Ester Lighthorse's comments in response are offered in dark blue.

"Another thing I remind myself is that God knows what is best for me."
-Jerry Falwell-
If you choose to believe that the make-believe knows what is best for you, you have some serious logic and common sense issues that should be immediately addressed.

“The idea that religion and politics don’t mix was invented by the Devil to keep Christians from running their own country.”
-Jerry Falwell-
The idea that religion and politics do not mix is actually based on historical fact, and one of the best examples is the history of the Holy Roman Empire. Furthermore, the uninformed assertion/implication that the United States belongs to Christians has about as much crap in it as a giant shit burger. I would also like to know how some Christians think the U.S.A. is 'theirs' when there is clear and concise evidence that millions upon millions of Native Americans inhabited the North American continent long before a good sized chunk of it became the U.S.A.

“The ACLU is to Christians what the American Nazi party is to Jews.”
-Jerry Falwell-
Sure. And people who make and believe such comments are to humanity what a stupid decision is to common sense.

“AIDS is the wrath of a just God against homosexuals. To oppose it would be like an Israelite jumping in the Red Sea to save one of Pharaoh’s charioteers…AIDS is not just God’s punishment for homosexuals; it is God’s punishment for the society that tolerates homosexuals.”
-Jerry Falwell-
Just like a Bible-thumping, control hungry, fear mongering Christian to try to use the tragedy of disease as proof of God's dislike for people who believe and think and live differently than they do.

“If anybody understood what Hindus really believe, there would be no doubt that they have no business administering government policies in a country that favors freedom and equality.”
-Pat Robertson-
You just blatantly contradicted yourself, tiger. Favoring freedom and equality is precisely what gives them every right to participate in the formation and administration of government policies so long as said actions were initiated without the influence of religion (Separation of Church and State).

“It’s the Democratic Congress, the liberal-based media and the homosexuals who want to destroy all Christians.”
-Pat Robertson-
Actually, it is the combination of misinterpreted Scripture, purposeful maltreatment of anyone who believes or thinks differently, and hateful rhetoric on the part of some (not all) Christians that destroys Christians/Christianity.

“The flooding of New Orleans is a sign that God is tired of seeing his creation mocked by the Marti-Gras and its perverted display of debauchery and exposed breasts.”
-Pat Robertson- The flooding and subsequent destruction of New Orleans is a sign of fierce and severe weather patterns that have in fact been known to take place on planet earth.

"I would warn Orlando that you're right in the way of some serious hurricanes, and I don't think I'd be waving those flags in God's face if I were you. This is not a message of hate--it is a message of redemption. But a condition like this will bring about the destruction of your nation. It'll bring about terrorists bombs; it'll bring earthquakes, tornadoes, and possibly a meteor." -Pat Robertson-
Pat, if what you said here is not a message of hate, then what is it? Are you more bothered by the Gay and Lesbian community, bothered by people who do not believe in the same manner as you, or bothered that there are STILL people in this world who do NOT believe in shunning individuals who prefer the same sex?

And do you want to know what will really bring about the collapse of a nation? People like you who persist to create as many lines of separation as possible, who live to criticize individuals of different faiths or of no faiths, and who insist on preaching a message of ugliness and fear in an effort to convert people to a ramshackle, destructive, and destitute faith.

"You've got to kill all the terrorists before all the killing stops. And I'm for the President to chase them all over the world. If it takes ten years, blow them all away in the name of the Lord." -Jerry Falwell-
Jerry, you want to know what you sound like? Just like those extremist dick heads who regularly make a practice of strapping suicide bombs to themselves, hijacking planes, and willfully trying to kill as many infidels as the name of Allah. Humph. And you thought you had nothing in common with such a faith.

"I've never seen a man in my life that I wanted to marry. And I'm going to be blunt and plain: if one ever looks at me like that, I'm going to kill him and tell God that he died."
Well, aren't you just a ray of sunshine? You would really murder someone who was a gay man if you thought they looked at you in a desirous manner? Then you would lie to God about what happened? Excellent representation of your so-called loving, forgiving, healing, wonderful, and understanding God.

"Evolution is a bankrupt speculative philosophy, not a scientific fact. Only a spiritually bankrupt society could ever believe it...only atheists could accept this Satanic theory." Actually, evolution is a scientific theory. Atheists know this, silly. Atheists do not tout such as fact, but they do tout it as a far better explanation with far better theories and hypothesis than your assertion that some imaginary pal of yours did everything in just six days of creation. Evolution asserts that change occurs over time. Christianity asserts that POOF! Everything happened all at once as soon as it was commanded by God. Only morons who refuse to consistently search for truth and fact about existence fall for your bankrupt fairytale.

Deliciously Empty Logic of Peddlers of the Divine

It is far too easy for people to screw-up and then claim that they did not know
what was best for them, that God was trying to teach them a lesson by allowing them
to make a stupid decision. So many people would rather claim such ludicrous
statements than admit that they knew within themselves all along what was best.
Why? Because then they would have to take complete and total responsibility for
every action and consequence. That is not something they want, and so their claim is
that they did not know any better as they either were without the guidance of Jesus
and God, or Satan deafened their ears to the suggestions made by God.

There is not proper accountability presented in Christianity since everything is
first and foremost placed upon God and Jesus. This is stupid. A great example of this
type of empty logic is some of the members of prison populations. Have you ever
watched the shows on television that follow various felons and criminals throughout
their incarcerations? What is the number one common excuse that they give for their
terrible deeds? "I did not have Jesus in my life." Isn't it amazing that so very many
people find Jesus and God in prison?

So, the best answer these erring individuals can
give as to the root cause of their poor behavior is that they did not have the guidance of Jesus and God? What happened to facing the truth of the matter which is the individual is where they are by their own hand, by their own fault? Jesus and God have squat to do with someone choosing to break the law.

And what about the people
who supposedly DO have Jesus and God but still break the law? Some people take the phrase "Cast all your cares on Him for He cares for you" to a whole new level by not only casting their cares on God, but also casting the blame for the stupid crap they do on God. That is not what that phrase is meant for. What it is intended to mean is this: When you know you have done everything there is to do in a given situation all there is left to do is continue on with your life and deal with consequences and repercussions as they come along. Worrying to pieces is not going to help, so do the absolute best you can do and move on, all the while remembering that not everything is going to go your way. That is life.

"Lord, give us righteous judges who will not try to legislate and dominate this society. Take control, Lord! We ask for additional vacancies on the court." -Pat Robertson-

I think it is utterly amazing that some Christians seem to think that they are the only righteous, moral individuals in the world.

Every time the Judicial Branch of the United States government makes a decision that over-bearing, control hungry Christians hate they automatically blame it on judges who are not righteous. And it really does not matter to these particular people whether or not it is an issue of civil rights. If law and legislation does not fit their special code of belief they will demand that leadership be changed to better fit what their just and loving God supposedly wants. And my, my, my...but doesn't their God want so very much? And this God doesn't seem to give two shits and a chocolate bar who is getting long as He gets what He wants.
For example, the gay/lesbian marriage rights decisions that allow same sex unions drive many Christians bonkers. This is because they say it is against what God wants in the Holy Bible. Where are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness? What happened to the freedom of religion? Do these people understand that that same freedom of religion also includes freedom FROM religion? The end result is taking the idea that all men are created equal with certain unalienable rights...taking that entire ideology and tossing it right out the window.

"Don't put a question mark where God has put a period."

"There is no better book which with to defend the Bible than the Bible itself."

The main excuse/reasoning that many Christians use to defend and validate their
hateful behavior and ideals is that the Bible says to behave and think and act in this manner or that manner. The moment many are asked how they know that the Bible is correct they adamantly state that God says so. Then when you ask these same people how they know that God says so they tell you that the Bible says that God says so.

It is really nothing more than the worst case of circular thinking EVER. Pointing
out the flaws of such a bullshit line of reasoning really does not fare any better since asking questions is a huge no-no in Christianity, and that right there speaks volumes.

It is an absolute necessity for human beings to question the things they do and believe in and act upon and preach. How else can people, as individuals or entire cultures and societies, come to proper and valid conclusions in any situation or way of life unless they question their beliefs, actions, affects and effects, and responsibilities?

Nonsense Ideologies

I find the ideology of sacrifice within the Christian religion to be particularly twisted. Time and again the one, true God of the Holy Bible tests the loyalty of his
followers by demanding sacrifice of some kind. Now, for God to demand sacrifice as a show of loyalty makes no sense. God is supposed to be all-knowing, so then God would already know whether or not an individual truly follows him. That being the case, there would be no reason to sacrifice anything.

There are quite a few verses in the Old Testament book of Leviticus that openly discuss killing animals, burning their bodies for an atonement offering for sins (sins being the crappy things people tend to do on a fairly regular basis), and then spattering their blood on the altar or the horns of the altar or even various body parts of the priests (ears, big toe...I am not kidding). And while the very descriptive passages all sound disturbing, some of the passages that were particularly fu*ked up were the ones instructing the priests to wring the heads from the necks of the turtledoves and pigeons that were presented for offerings.

What purpose is served by demanding sacrifice if God already knows the heart of the individual? And if God already knows the heart of the individual then the need to 'test' people by demanding that they do things they would normally not do is masochistic, tyrannical, cruel, an nowhere near indicative of the love that the God of the Holy Bible is supposed to be.

Recall the story of Job from the Old Testament. Basically, what happens is God allows a whole bunch of really terrible crap happen to Job in an effort to prove to Satan that Job is truly loyal to God. That, my friends, is pretty goddamn twisted.
And what about Job? The guy was stripped of everything he had. His family, flocks, possessions, and even his very health were taken from him by God just to prove something to Satan. It reminds me of that movie "Trading Places" with Eddie Murphy and Jamie Lee Curtis. This movie shows the lives of two men become totally scrambled by two other men who have made a bet and are trying to prove something. That is abuse on so many levels.

There is no honor or justice in God purposely putting people through torturous
situations as if they are little toys that may be tossed about at every whim. That is
mental abuse.

For another example, in the Old Testament God tells Abraham to go and sacrifice his son Issac. So, although deeply grieved, Abraham prepares to do exactly as God asks him to do. At the last minute God stops Abraham. Now, where is the love and the justice in telling someone to kill their child? What happened to thou shalt not kill?

So, is it okay to kill so long as God says to do so? But many within the Christian faith and its myriad of denominations do not want to hear this question, much less give an answer. Instead, the response given is this: Thou shalt not test the
Lord your God. I see.

It is okay for God to test but not okay to be tested. Rah-rah-ree. There goes Christianity taking a big gulp from the cup of double standards.

The idea of utilizing sacrifice as a means to rectify a situation is a terrible thing. When the people of the Old Testament sin what it supposed to be done? Blood sacrifice. When people need to show their appreciation for God or ask him for help and favors what is supposed to be done? Blood sacrifice. In the New Testament how is anyone saved? Blood sacrifice by means of the crucifixion of Jesus. Many people are familiar with the verse of the New Testament that says, "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever shall believe in him shall not perish, but shall have eternal life." This concept of sacrifice is screwy. Death does not need to occur in order that people be saved. Death does not show anything but deficit and loss, which in all reality is completely contrary to the very meaning of salvation.

There are other ways that people could be 'saved' from the stupid things that they
do. For instance, why not try harder to show people the right way to do something?
Why not give a greater effort to school people in how to treat themselves and others?
Why not better instruct people how to maintain a better, more productive and
appreciative approach to life? But, no.

Christianity would rather have people believe that they can't possibly do anything right without the injection of the Holy Bible and Jesus in everything they do. Show people how to give more, not how to take more.

And that is precisely what the ideology of sacrifice is in the Bible and Christianity...all about taking. Taking life. Taking money. Taking ambition. Taking hope. Taking control. Taking all the good things that many people do and cheapening them into some ninety-nine cent ideology that is considered no good since the people creating the good deeds do not believe the way they are supposed to, at least not according to God and the Bible and Christianity.

Connect What Dots?

"This is love: not that we loved God but that He loved us and sent His Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins."     -1 John 4:10-

Think about sin, atonement, sacrifice, and love. According to the Bible all of humanity is mired in sin and must pay a price for this predicament: Blood sacrifice. What is it with this supposedly loving God always requesting the death of something or someone who is innocent? How do people not see a problem with this? Where is the truth and the justice and the equality and the honor in killing the innocent so that the guilty may feel better and supposedly be forgiven? What or who is sacrificed? In the Old Testament it is animals that are sacrificed, and in the New Testament it is Jesus, the supposed Son of God.

And why did God allow Jesus to be murdered? Because He loves us. This line of thinking is similar to a whacked out version of backwoods justice. Basically, everybody has sinned and God has decided that because of that someone must die.

How the hell do those individuals and denominations of the Christian faith NOT

see the stupidity in this? Is not murder wrong? Is not killing someone wrong? Is not taking a life wrong? There is zero justification here because if killing and murdering people are wrong (and they are wrong) then it falls into the category of sin, right? How the hell does committing another sin take care of or atone for other sin?

"He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world."    -1 John 2:2-

Christianity tries its damnedest to pass off the murder of Jesus as a sacrifice of salvation. Jesus chose to die for all of humanity. No one killed Him; He chose to die. Well then, wouldn't that be suicide? Playing stupid  and incoherent spiritual semantics does nothing to change the idiocy of this issue. When questioned about this many Christians respond with the idea that as mere human beings we do not understand the manner in which God moves or does things.

Really? Let me point something out here. Christianity says that Jesus made a specific choice to die. This is straight up suicide. If you tell this to a Christian they will often answer with, "No. God sent His only beloved son to die on the cross for the sins of mankind. That is not suicide."

If  Jesus' death was NOT a suicide then it has to be a murder at the hands of God. I mean, there are four ways to die:
     1) Accidental
     2) Natural Causes (to include illnesses and diseases as they do naturally occur)
     3) Homicide
     4) Suicide

Jesus' death was definitely NOT accidental, so you can toss that one out straight out of the gate. He sure as hell did not die of natural causes, so it looks like that is out as well. Christians definitely DO NOT believe that Jesus committed suicide. That leaves only one possible answer: God murdered Jesus.

Some Christians might say that it was not God who murdered Jesus, it was ordinary men. They don't seem to remember the part of the Bible that says that God SENT HIS ONLY BELOVED SON. So, if you go by that silly putty God knew well before ordinary people knew that Jesus would not be long for this world.

Ultimately, God supposedly knew before hand what would happen and let it happen, right? God has ultimate control of everything, right? Come on, ye flocks of the Good Shepherd. You know you ALWAYS say God has ultimate control. No getting out of that one.

That make
s God entirely culpable...not man. God sent His son into a situation where He knew before hand that His son would be killed.  So, God is guilty of premeditated murder with the special circumstance of laying in wait.

You might as well throw in the charge of conspiracy to commit murder since God already supposedly knew who was going to kill Jesus and when they were going to do it. Oh yeah, and add a charge of kidnapping.

Jesus was definitely a victim of a hate crime, so add that. Oh wait, and a charge of depraved indifference for allowing Jesus to die the way He died. And since God killed His child that makes for a charge of child abuse. Oh, one additional charge of mutilation of a corpse since God allowed Jesus' body to be speared after He had already died.

And don't forget that God allowed Judas to harden his heart towards Jesus so that he would turn Jesus over for thirty pieces of silver. Nice. Solicitation for murder. And people are always fighting over religious crap, so there is an added charge of disturbing the peace, even though a lot of it is after the fact. Since Judas apparently had no choice in the matter it is entirely conceivable to add divine entrapment.

Wait, wait, wait. God allowed Jesus to be beaten so add assault, malicious assault, and assault with the intent of inflicting severe or deadly bodily harm. Also, cruel and unusual punishment for making Jesus drag his cross through town, allowing Jesus to be beaten with a cat of nine tails whip, and smashing the crown of thorns on his head. Dang. All of that qualifies God for the Death Penalty. Wait. Not all countries and states recognize the Death Penalty. Okay, then. He gets a sentence of life in prison.

Hah! God didn't think this out too clearly, did He? Surely He knew sooner or later the gig would be up and He would be caught. He is supposed to be eternal, isn't He? That makes for a helluva long time in prison.

And who knows? Maybe God will find Jesus in prison.

Here is another sample chapter from "Turkey Broth for the Spirit: for the Theologian's Spirit"

Divine Privilege and the Perks of Wholly Holy Hypocrisy
By: God the Self-Righteous

The just live by faith. Or so Martin Luther, founder of the Lutheran Church would have you believe. What does such a screwy statement mean anyways? The just live by faith? Its like saying the steak will cook by itself. And never mind that this was Luther’s own personal interpretation of the Holy Bible, but whose version and interpretation of the Holy Bible is correct?

There are simply far too many versions of what is considered the ’truth’ and far too many opinions of what path an individual must pursue in order to cement their eternal salvation with Jesus Christ the Savior. Since you humans can’t seem to come up with a proper interpretation of salvation in plain language without distorting my original meaning I will explain it again, without any ’verily’ or similar crapola that you love to misinterpret.

First and foremost, the main issue here is salvation. For those of you who do not understand or know what salvation entails I will give you the most simple and easy to understand explanation. Bluntly put, salvation means that instead of going to hell in a hand basket like the majority of humanity no doubt will, your soul will be re-united with Jesus up in Heaven.

It is absolutely, one hundred percent imperative that everyone understands that salvation is for believers only. However, it is not just for any old believers, but for Christian believers. As a further however it is not any old or ordinary Christian believers who will become neighbors of Jesus Christ up in Heaven. Only those Christian believers who very strictly follow the Word of God are saved and sent to Heaven. It is at this juncture that it must be understood that actual salvation will vary from denomination to denomination, being wholly dependent on a particular church group’s dogmatic interpretation of the Bible.

A key issue that a majority of Christian denominations focus on in addition to salvation is the behavior of an individual who believes in Jesus Christ the Savior. Allow me to be as frank with you as possible, and at the same time understand that my descriptions and explanations are in no way, shape, or form intended to offend anyone. Now, you may be the most polite person in the world.

You may be a citizen who devotes every waking moment of their life to helping everyone around them with whatever it is they need. You may even be someone like Mother Theresa or Mother Theresa herself. I really don’t care and it doesn’t really matter, because if you do not believe the acceptable version of the Holy Bible and the acceptable truth about salvation, if you do not believe in the acceptable version of the Gospel, if you are not up to date on what it is exactly you are supposed to believe in…guess what? You’re screwed. Your pansy little ass is going to hell; so dress for warm weather.

Anyone out there in the world, in reality (or whatever it is you wish to call your limited existence) who does not believe in the precise and required manner is going to burn in hell…forever. This will be the case with everyone no matter how well they behave or how good they are as individual people. The Lake of Fire is not a joke! The Holy Bible of God’s Word, mind you I mean only the qualified interpretation of the Holy Bible, is very specific in labeling the Lake of Fire as a real place, a real threat and not a joke.

Now, on to discussing being a real, actual, valid, and true believer of Jesus Christ the Savior. Always keep in mind that I am referring to qualified believers only when I say ‘believer’. If you are a qualified believer you are forgiven of your sins no matter what. Interestingly enough, you may not think so and the society you live in may not think so, but the fact remains that criminals who convert are forgiven. This is absolute and all encompassing no matter the criminal or his or her committed crime. Jesus Christ the Savior absolutely loves criminals who convert.

Thieves, thugs of all types, murderers, and drug addicts are forgiven since they understandably have no control over their own lives with either drugs or stupidity at the helm of their existence. It is the duty and responsibility for all believers to pray for criminals who convert. Think of it this way: The harder the drug and the crime, the harder the believer should pray for the converted criminals whom, unbeknownst to many, Jesus Christ the Savior privately refers to as, “My little penitentiary lambs.”

It is essential to know that salvation is permanent and eternal. If you do not believe this then I suggest you find the verse in the Holy Bible (the acceptable version) that states once you are in the Father’s hands, you are always in the Father’s hands; no one can snatch you out. Not even you can snatch yourself out of the Father’s hands. It is equally essential for all true believers to understand that a shift in belief from a qualified Christian ideology to anything even remotely contradictory to the same automatically revokes existing salvation in it’s entirety.
In addition, any change in belief in the one, true, male God immediately revokes salvation. Other actions that will result in immediate loss of salvation include, but are not limited to: homosexuality or lesbianism, pre-marital sexual relations, communication with non-qualified believer individuals to include family members and friends, failure to accept the interpretation of the acceptable version of the Holy Bible as so stated by a qualified believer preacher or priest or religious leader, failure to conform to current and acceptable norms inasmuch as qualified Christian believer behavior is concerned, and any conceivable practice of witchcraft, wizardry, magic of any type, tarot cards, tea leaf precognitive practices, and any and all types of occult actions.

When associating and interacting with individuals who are qualified believers it is important to devise and organize sufficient game plans for interacting with individuals who are not qualified believers. Whether or not you anticipate your interaction with a non-believer to be by your own volition or by sheer coincidence it is of the utmost importance to practice your interaction tactics. First, you must practice picking on and berating non-believers.

You must always start with the most obvious subject, which is the lifestyle of the individual you are picking on. Like a cat that finally corners it’s rodent quarry you must pounce on every conceivable issue. If your quarry wears designer clothing, hairstyles, or make-up be certain to harass them with such comments as, “Oh, so spending money on how you look on the outside is more important than tithing the Heavenly Father?” Witty and snide remarks such as, “Where did you get your coat of many colors? Bloomingdale's?” are equally acceptable. If at all possible infuse your comments with actual biblical text as in this example, “So, that fact that God clothes even the lilies of the valley is not enough for you? You feel the need to put aside His provisions in exchange of worldly goods?”

The validity and sense of your remarks really makes no difference so long as you keep in mind that the sole purpose of even making the comments in the first place is to cut down, demean, berate, harass, destroy, pick on, and aggravate any non-believer at anytime and anyplace. This is your qualified believer’s duty.

Once you have pissed-off a non-believer to the point where you have their full attention you must turn up the heat. Be firm in your knowledge and cite very loudly that the non-believer is going to hell. Be vicious in your attack and tell the individual that everything they are doing in their life is wrong. Always pick heavily on personal flaws and downplay any positive character traits to include philanthropy, education status, good parenting, and any positive motivations and actions be they social, personal, or otherwise.

Be quick and surly in informing your quarry of their mental and spiritual inefficiencies and shortcomings. The angrier the non-believer you are picking on becomes, the more self-righteous you should be. Ask the non-believer why they think they have nothing to defend or worry about? When they make an attempt to answer your question be sure to talk over them and drown them out by loudly touting, “God doesn’t take excuses. He takes souls.” The non-believer before you should be quite close to fever pitch anger at this point of the conversation. Now you must move in for the kill.

Say to the non-believer, “Obviously you know you are doing something wrong, otherwise you wouldn’t be so defensive and angry!” When the believer counters with, “I didn’t ask to hear your bullshit in the first place!” be sure to say, “Hey, you either are or aren’t saved and going to Heaven. If you really want to go to hell that badly, knock yourself out.” As you turn away from the non-believer be sure to say in your most sincere voice, “I will pray for you. I will pray that you see the light and love of God before it is too late.” Usually this comment will be more than enough to drive the non-believer reeling into a fit of anger-driven hysteria.

Ordinarily, many victims of the self-righteous qualified believers state that the only reason qualified believers pick on the people around them is because anyone who believes differently is considered to be a spiritual risk and lethal to the souls of humanity. The truth of the matter and the truth of what the non-believer has to say makes no difference whatsoever.

Great care must be taken to ignore the non-believer’s response, for once a qualified believer allows their conscience to care for the truth they are immediately drawn into the age-old, non-believer argument of whether or not the so-called validity of Christianity is actually divine, spiritual, and inspired truth. If not, doesn’t that automatically invalidate the totality of the proclaimed truth of Christianity that all qualified believers claim? Once you, oh qualified believer, are drawn down and sucked into this argument, regardless of any modicum of truth within it, you might as well put your face between your ass-cheeks and kiss your soul and eternal salvation good-bye.

It is in closing that the greatest danger to every qualified believer is revealed: Devil created loneliness. All qualified believers must be made highly aware that the Devil is just as tricky now as he was the day a secret religious council dreamed him up eons ago. Loneliness is one of the most terrible and horrid social diseases to suffer from. Interestingly enough, loneliness is at the top of the Devil’s list as a means by which to separate the qualified believer from their eternal destiny with Jesus Christ the Savior.

The Devil is sure to inundate the qualified believer with a deluge of loneliness via means of separation and alienation from friends, family members, and pretty much the rest of normally functioning society. It is therefore up to the dedicated and qualified believer to remain true to Jesus Christ the Savior and not forsake the Word of God. Finding a way to weather a lonely, emotionally devoid life of religious smugness is not an easy task by any means. However, if a qualified believer sticks to his or her guns of spiritual superiority they will find that God will lead them by the hand through the bleakness of their empty and deserted lives. Amen.
