Pam - Your classes are GREAT!

I want to thank Pam for introducing me to Essentrics. I have a medical condition that affects my joints. Since I have started going to Pam's classes, I have very little pain anymore, and I don't use Ibuprofen as much as I use too !

Great workouts! After a year, I’m still challenged and getting stronger. I can ski all day, like in my 20s! Pam’s style is wonderful and the class is friendly, supportive and welcoming!

As an almost 50 yr old person who has never committed to a consistent workout regime, working with Pam as my Essentrics instructor since 2014 has been a life changer! The program has changed how I feel each and every day--physically, mentally, and emotionally. Pam's energy and expertise, style of motivation, and ongoing daily encouragement are the keys that have kept me going every week since last year! What an amazing workout. As a working mom chasing around little ones and being hunched over a computer, I am truly enjoying how energized I feel after each session. It doesn’t take long to start seeing results. After a few weeks I could feel my muscles limbering during workouts, and I realized I was getting stronger and more flexible. What I have noticed the most is my posture is improving. The best part: I enjoy it! Each session has the right combination of exercises, so while I feel my entire body working, I’m not struggling to get through it!

What a great workout! I loved this class because it was nice for all levels of strength and flexibility. It was way more challenging then I had planned on it being and felt wonderfully sore the next day. I could feel myself being challenged each time but continually getting better. Pam is wonderful in the way that she teaches. She gives perfect instruction so you do the moves correctly and get the most out of them. I highly recommend this class to everyone! If you want a full body strength training workout this is something you should try!

Essentrics has been hugely beneficial and enjoyable for me. As an athlete who has a lower back injury, I have been overjoyed at how much Essentrics has helped my overall health and fitness level.  I have also been surprised at how much stronger and flexible I have become as a result of the sessions.  Essentrics is challenging, fun, relaxing and rewarding!
