You will increase your knowledge on the effects of exercise and how important it is to your body, especially Essentrics. It's a must see program!!

Improve Your Mood
You can improve your mood with exercise. American Psychiatric Association guidelines have recognized that exercise may be valuable for treating mild depression. Exercise works in a way similar to antidepressant medications. They both correct an imbalance in levels of serotonin. Serotonin is a chemical messenger that helps keep mood balanced. Studies show a significant increase in serotonin levels with exercise.
