Employee Arrival Time:

Back of the House (Kitchen) short shift: 10:30am-5:00pm

Back of  the House (kitchen) long shift: 1:00pm-10:00pm

Front of the House Long Shift: 10:30am-11:00pm (may end earlier)

Front of the House Short Shift: 4:00pm-11:00 (may end earlier)

 ** Employee Breakfast will be served from 10:30am-11:00am (optional)

** Employee Dinner will be served from 4:00pm-4:30pm (optional)


*FOH= Front of the House (Dining room and reception)

*BOH= Back of the House (Kitchen)


Employee Attire: 

BOH: Appropriate JMU t-shirt, jeans, slip resistant tennis shoes, and hat. Hair must be tied back and no jewelry should be worn.

FOH Set-up: Comfortable clothes that are able to get dirty and comfortable closed toe shoes. (You will have time to run home if you need to between the dinner break 4-430, otherwise bring dinner clothes with you.)

FOH Dinner: Black pants, white button-down oxford, and comfortable black shoes (Please wear black socks with all shoes). Please pull hair back prior to dinner.

*Name tags, Bow Ties, and Cummerbunds will be given to Dining and Reception employees prior to the start of dinner.
