*Don't be too confused by all of the stuff after the "hands" in the third video. If you pause it and go through what he's doing, it makes a lot more sense.
*None of these videos are more than 3 minutes. Make sure you take a good look at the third video and the hands :)

Hello Setters!
This is Lauren Van Orden. She is one of my favorite D1 setters. She is fantastic and led her team to the NCAA Championships last year (she beat our team in the first round of NCAA's last year)! I took notes for where you guys should pause when watching this video. Look at my notes and see the key things that she does that we are trying to get you guys to do. If you have any questions or comments, email me back or text me!

Pause on 1:26, 1:36 -- watch her square up. She squares up early and finishes with her entire body facing the pin.
Pause 1:56 -- look at her face! She pumps her team up! That's what we need our setters to do when she or her teammates have a great play!
Pause 2:00 -- she jumps and dumps with her left hand. There's another play letter in the video when she dumps with her right hand, but the ball is basically over the net already.
Pause 2:31 -- she jumps and attacks the overpass! We want you guys to be aggressive!
Pause 2:40 -- I think this is the only time in the entire tape that I see her bump set; but look, she is DIVING to bump set that!
