Introduction to the Escalon Sportsman’s Club

On November 4th 1947 a group of local ranchers, growers and businessmen founded the Escalon Sportsman’s Club with the purpose to ‘organize, establish and maintain a social organization to section and promote sports, hunting and socials and all other related social activities’.

Over the years many things have changed but the underlying goal was to have a club that supports a sporting life in a socially responsible manner.
