Two Ingredient Fudge

Make fudge using just two (or three) simple ingredients. Get creative with flavors!

  •   1 - 12 oz bag of chocolate or white chocolate chips
  •   1 - 16 oz can of frosting
  • Optional: Crushed Oreos, sprinkles, candies, anything you think would be great in your flavor mix

  1. Prepare 9x9 pan for thicker fudge or 9x13 for thinner. Spray lightly with non-stick oil or line with parchment paper for easier removal and clean up.
  2. Melt chocolate / white chocolate chips in microwave according to package directions, or in double boiler.
  3. Stir frosting into melted chocolate quickly. Microwave for about 15 seconds if needed for smoother consistency. This is when you'll mix in additional ingredients if desired.
  4. Pour and spread into prepared pan. Allow to set in fridge for about 30 minutes.
