The East Rochester Special Education Parent Teacher Association (ER SEPTA) became an officially chartered unit of the National PTA on July 9, 2012. The group was started by concerned parents, teachers, and community members who are interested in uniting to provide a collective voice while effectively representing the needs of children in our community.

WHO CARES ABOUT KELSEY?

Please view Dan Habib's documentary film "Who cares about Kelsey?"  Kelsey Carroll has visited East Rochester and discussed the PBIS/Response to Intervention (Tier 3) evidence based approach that enabled her to overcome the challenges she faced and graduate from high school.
