convidam para o mini-curso:

(Sobre a Filosofia e a lógica construtivista da Escola de Erlangen)

Ministrado pelo Prof. Dr. Pirmin Stekeler-Weithofer
Universität Leipzig, Alemanha

Paul Lorenzen and his colleagues in Erlangen and Konstanz, Germany, developed in the 60’s and 70’s extraordinarily rich ideas and projects both in logic, philosophy of mathematics and science and in general philosophy, the fruitfulness of which we are barely encompassing today. The logical approach of dialogical logics applies game theoretical notions to define logical particles in terms of rules for non-collaborative, zero-sum games with perfect information between two-persons, a proponent and an opponent. It defines truth in terms of the existence of a winning strategy for the proponent. The approach to philosophy of sciences focuses on operative schemes in measurement and on a theory of measure. The approach to practical philosophy focuses on the role of the central practice of giving and asking for reasons with respect to whole forms of cooperative actions as well as of individual performances of singular acts.

In this series of lectures in Fortaleza, Stekeler-Weithofer will introduce us to some central philosophical and logical problems championed in the Erlangen School, such as constructivism in the theory of science, normativity in science, language and understanding, 'Praxisform' with it sub-schemes of action as role-defining norms and dialogical semantics.
