About Me

I am a 4th year PhD candidate in the social and personality area of the Department of Psychology at University of Texas at Austin and and R&D Intern at HP. Before coming to UT, I was a graduate coordinator at University of California, San Diego in various departments (Literature, Latin American Studies, and Neurosciences).  I graduated from University of Michigan in 2006 with a BA in Psychology. Though I am Texas Longhorn now, I will always and forever bleed [Maize and] Blue!

In my spare time, I prefer to be outdoors (running, ultimate frisbee, hiking, camping, backpacking, basketball, golf), but I also enjoy playing guitar, exploring Austin (favorite places: Ladybird Lake trails, the Alamo Drafthouse, Hop Doddy, Eastside Cafe) and cooking/baking with friends.
