I am an Assistant Professor at the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University and a Research Affiliate at MIT Sloan. I served as World Economic Forum GFC Fellow on the New Agenda for Work, Wages and Job Creation Council from October 2020 through July 2022.

My research focuses on the organization of work in the knowledge economy and digital economy. Within these areas, I study incentive contracts and topics related to the organization of work in space and time, covering subjects such as spillovers, knowledge exchange and learning.
