Yoga: The ancient art which combines physical health and spiritual seeking is constantly being redefined in modern times.  

Now we use it to assist our process of gaining strength and flexibility, and also as a simple but extremely effective tool for stress-management.  Techniques may include breathing exercises, postures, simple meditation, mantra (repetition of sound), visualization and other guided meditation.

All of Erik's Yoga classes are for all levels, are beginner-friendly, and incorporate both yoga therapy and strengthening postures. Erik draws from his expertise in Yoga, massage and strength training to give an individualized session to each student. All students welcome, whether you are a beginner who's just trying to find a class you can handle, or an advanced student looking for help with specific postures or nagging injuries.
