Requirements:
1) As Thai massage takes place on mats, on the floor, students should be able to sit comfortably on their knees and work in various seated and kneeling positions on the floor.
2) Students are required to bring at least one mat (yoga mat) to work on during the course.

Schedule:
9:00-9:30am: History & Theory
9:30-10:00am: Setup & Props
10:00am-11:00am: Basic Technique, Foot & Inside Lines of the Leg (supine)
11:00am-12:00pm: Outside Lines of the Leg (side-lying)
(Break Noon – 1:00pm)
1:00pm-2:00pm: Back (side-lying)
2:00pm-2:30pm: Hand, Arm & Shoulder Massage (supine)
2:30-3:15pm: Stretches in the Supine Position
3:15-3:45pm: Stretches in the Prone Position
3:45pm-4:30pm: Stretches in the Seated Position
4:30-5:30pm: Review & Practice
5:30-6:00pm: Integrating Traditional Thai Massage into your practice

Learn new techniques and how to better integrate Thai Massage into your practice. Students will learn history, theory and technique, with a focus on technique. Seminar will follow a workshop format in which students help determine our areas of concentration. Students planning to attend should consider their particular needs beforehand, for example:
- Working on specific parts of the body
- Addressing specific complaints of soreness
- Integrating Thai massage into your existing practice
- Dealing with clients of differing size and body-type
- Ergonomics for the Thai practitioner
- etc
Students will be participating in the selection of specific techniques to be covered!

Requirements:
