Gene Grant,

Three times now, I have heard the term "Public-Private-Partnership" spoken on NMIF without

any explanation as to what that term exactly means. Here is what I believe it means:
Public-Private Partnerships – when private industry provids public services for profit. The

original taxes for the services remain in place, but a duplicative “service for FEE”

structure is added. It is FASCISM, and it should NOT be considered as a solution to the

State’s budget woes. It promotes monopolies and destroyes small business. If the stakeholder

is not a shareholder, he has no voice.

Is that understanding correct? I would like to suggest that NMIF do an entire show on the

topic of Public-Private-Partnerships.
