I am an Assistant Professor of Philosophy at McGill University, specializing in philosophy of science. Until June 2016 I was a Marie Curie Research Fellow at the Department of History and Philosophy of Science at the University of Cambridge, and before that an Alexander von Humboldt Research Fellow at Bielefeld University in Germany.

News
- I have joined the Philosophy department at McGill University as a tenure-track Assistant Professor in July 2016
- I have organized a workshop on Informal Aspects of Uncertainty Evaluation in May 2016 at the University of Cambridge. Speakers included Kent Staley, Wendy Parker, Luca Mari and Lenny Smith.
- I have recently completed a two-year research project on Economies of Uncertainty. From July 2014 to June 2016 I worked at the History and Philosophy of Science department at the University of Cambridge in collaboration with Hasok Chang.
- I have co-organized an international conference on the history and philosophy of measurement titled The Making of Measurement, held at the University of Cambridge in July 2015. I am currently co-editing a special issue of Studies in History and Philosophy of Science containing selected papers from the conference.
- My recent paper, "Making Time: A Study in the Epistemology of Measurement" has been published in The British Journal for the Philosophy of Science (access online)
- I have delivered a keynote lecture at the Dimensions of Measurement international conference, held in Bielefeld in March 2013.
