The goal is dungeon tourism, not optimal leveling, not loot farming.

Well worth doing all the quests and getting a good set of starting gear. When done, say 'ready to leave' to Arias to get to PoK, bind there.

Was able to solo the whole zone at level 12 up to the captain, who was red, and resisted snare - first death! Not worth the effort.

The biggest baddest old world dungeon, I love this place
Irritating mix of too low or too high level, we only came here to grind faction.
Worth one trip to kill the Hand and poke around, maybe find the lower level.
Key not necessary if character level is 40 or higher. Kill mobs at entrance to get no rent candle to open N door.

My favorite Kunark dungeon.
Grimlings are dull, but exp and cash are great, come if you need either. Be 50+ for inner.

Cool zone, watch out for getting stuck in water columns. Mobs on level 3 are 60. Key to locked areas not required if character is level 55 or higher.
