During the first week of the massive open online course over 285
registered participants (MOOCers) have been asking this question and
searching for answers:
In this webinar we will unpack and discuss some of the many ways in which practitioners think about e-portfolios! Are they for lifelong learning? Do I need one for my current courses? Could I use one for Recognition of Prior Learning?
We will hear from the MOOCers about their discoveries, their plans for participating in the MOOC and we will find out just what impact e-portfolio learning is having on them so far.
Come along and join the MOOCers and listen to what they have to say.

A small design team and advisors have been busy during May to produce a collaborative EpCoP learnspace where we are gathering resources and designing a Massive Open Online Course for beginners in Eportfolios.
We began with a model which you can see developing here : http://popplet.com/app/#/27819
We then began to build some pages where we are brainstorming what should be included in the MOOC in this companion Googlesite at: https://sites.google.com/site/epcoplearnspace/
Do you want to help? Are you interested in collaborating with us? There are several ways in which you can help. You can see these at: https://sites.google.com/site/epcoplearnspace/how-to-contribute-to-the-mooc
Come on over as soon as you can, we are aiming to finish the design by June 24 and develop the MOOC ready for delivery in August.
We'll be reporting on progress in the new EpCoP MOOC blog at: http://moocepcop.edublogs.org/ so why not subscribe to the blog today. Its just beginning!
