Multi-Cooker Chicken Meatball, Broccoli and Pasta One Pot Dinner Recipe

Serves 4-6

Meatballs:
2 tablespoons finely grated onion
½ teaspoon minced garlic
1 egg
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ cup panko bread crumbs
2 tablespoons milk (if needed)
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 pound ground turkey or chicken
1 tablespoon oil

Form 2-tablespoon portion meatballs. Refrigerate until ready to cook. Preheat Multi-Cooker to Saute setting. Use the bottom stir and flip wand only on stir tower, set to setting 1. Add 1 tablespoon oil to pot. Cook about 15 meatballs at a time for about 10 minutes or until cooked through.

Top with:
½ cup diced onion (small dice)
½ cup diced red pepper (small dice)
1½ cups very small broccoli florets
1 (15-ounce) jar blush sauce (or sauce of your choice)
3 cups cooked penne

Add above ingredients in order to pot over the meatballs. Continue to cook on sauté setting with stir tower on setting 1. Cover with lid and cook for 8-10 minutes or until all is hot and the broccoli is tender.

Serve with Parmesan cheese.
