Devon Dragon's Fire Breathing Buffalo Chicken Bites
Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe From: Annie Detwiler
2 packages mini-fillo shells (look in the frozen foods section)
Buffalo Chicken Dip:
1 pound boneless chicken breasts
½ bottle hot sauce: about 6 oz. in all (Crystal Louisiana Hot Sauce)
½ bottle T. Marzetti’s Blue Cheese Dressing
1 8-ounce brick cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
Brown chicken in frying pan, cool and finely chop into little pieces (quarter-inch pieces or smaller)
In large bowl, mix hot sauce, blue cheese dressing, softened cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese and chicken.
Fill fillo cups with mixture and top each cup with a few shreds of reserved mozzarella cheese.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes until hot and cheese topping is melted.
