Privacy Policy

This privacy policy governs your use of all Android, iOS, Chrome and Web applications created as part of the EPIC project.


We do not collect or store any user data within the applications or websites.


On some applications the user may be asked to send academic test results to an e-mail address. That email address will be provided by a teacher and the student will enter the email into a form field. That form will send the test results to the teacher-provided-email. EPIC will not see or collect these test results or the teacher's email.

We do not ask for or require your contact information. You may, however, voluntarily provide contact information to us through our feedback form or our email address. We will retain that information in our e-mail contacts listing unless you ask us to not to. We will not share your contact information with any other entity (See security policy below).


We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The only personal information we will retain is the email addresses and messages that you have voluntarily sent to us for the purpose of ongoing communications. We limit access to this information to authorized persons who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our websites and apps. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information this information, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.


There is no registration required


Our websites and apps do not collect any information about the location of your mobile device.


Our media complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not use websites or apps to solicit data from or market to children.
