This program creates Electronic Program Guide (EPG) files for devices that accept xmltv files as well as the Topfield 5000PVRt/5010PVRt/6000PVRt/7160/2400, DGTEC DG-SD200PVR/DG-SD80PVR, DG-HD160PVR/DG-HD250PVR, YESS DVB-T5688, Diginet DTVR2800HD, Arista PVR-HD160/PVR-HD250 and the MediaStar DT920PVR & Arion AT-9300PVR. This is better because currently some Australian broadcasters are only providing Now & Next program details or very little info. With a week of extensive program details (depending on sources) available on your PVR, program selection and recording becomes much nicer. It is a fetcher/scrubber/merger/converter. The program tries to suck as much out of the input file(s) as possible and merge the information from multiple sources.
By default downloads free guide(s) from the internet and creates MyStuff.mei & tgd files or iceguide_cgi.txt or ice_epg.dat or xmltvMerged.xml file. But you can add broadcast(Transport Stream containing EIT), eit2mei.mei (Topfield 5000), eit.db (Topfield 7100), , ice, shepherd, scrappers or other sources if you have access to them.
Note for Mac OS X, Linux, BSD, Sun Solaris users it should work under mono.
