  • Go to the library home page at http://library.csueastbay.edu
  • Look for the "ASK US" box on the right hand side of the screen
  • Click on "Chat" to reach
  • Scroll down and click on  Click here for 24/7 chat.
  • This will take you to a screen where you can enter your email address, the name of your school, and your question
  • Scroll down and click "Connect," wait a minute, and someone will come to help you
